What defines a Waldorf Astoria wedding is its architectural clarity and understated elegance. The interiors are designed with clean lines, neutral tones, and expansive windows, allowing natural light to shape the environment throughout the day. This creates a setting that feels both contemporary and timeless, with a strong emphasis on simplicity and refinement.
The Waldorf Ballroom is the centerpiece of the venue, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. This is one of the only ballrooms in Las Vegas that combines natural light with panoramic city views, creating a space that feels open, elevated, and visually distinctive.
The ballroom can be divided into multiple sections to accommodate different event sizes and design concepts, with the ability to host large receptions while maintaining an intimate feel.
In its full configuration, the space can accommodate up to approximately 380–400 seated guests for a reception, with flexible layouts for both smaller and larger celebrations.
Additional spaces throughout the property, including sky-level lounges and private dining areas, offer opportunities for welcome events, cocktail hours, and more intimate gatherings. These elevated venues provide panoramic views of the city, enhancing the overall experience while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.
Our approach to photographing this Waldorf Astoria wedding focuses on creating clean, crisp imagery that feels natural and alive, while remaining highly intentional with composition, light, and background. We guide couples in a way that feels effortless and comfortable, avoiding anything stiff or overly posed. The gallery reflects a blend of candid, documentary-style moments with guided posing, resulting in imagery that feels both refined and immersive.
