As Durango Las Vegas wedding photographers, we have watched this resort grow into one of the most quietly confident venues in the city, and Ashley and Derek’s May wedding is the clearest argument we have for why. They began the morning upstairs in a Durango suite, moved through a private first look under the resort’s copper-toned architecture, and stood beneath a blush silk chuppah on the Bel-Aire Backyard lawn as the light went long and gold behind the Spring Mountains. The palette was disciplined all day – black, white, ivory, and blush, with white calla lilies running through it like a signature. By evening the ballroom had been transformed into something closer to a supper club than a hotel event space: pleated blush drapery on every wall, a black and white harlequin dance floor, and a live band that kept the room moving until the cannoli cart rolled in. This was a Durango wedding with real structure and real warmth, and very little separating the two.
