Fine Art Kestrel Park Engagement Session – Santa Barbara, California

It’s impossible to shoot in Santa Ynez without taking advantage of the golden hour. The park’s hillsides are a wonderful site from which to witness the sun setting, making it a magical spot for spending quality time with your significant other. When you reach the end of the pathway, you’ll see a vine-covered chateau and a magnificent barn with a castle-like appearance, instantly transporting you to England. As you take one more stroll around the exquisite grounds, you’ll reflect on the splendor of the evening that has just passed. Allow us to present to you Nadia and Aric’s Kestrel Park engagement session!

Our couple, Nadia and Aric, live in Last Vegas. Lovely Nadia works in the sales department in Dior, and the handsome Aric was formerly a firefighter. Burning from the love they feel for each other, the couple enjoys a strong and passionate bond! They wanted to find the ideal spot for their engagement photo session, and we were pleased to help. We exhibited some of our previous work and recommended some of our favorite spots from past photoshoots. After discussing a few of the gorgeous places we suggested, they fell in love with the idea of having their engagement photos at Kestrel Park in California. And we’re not surprised, it’s a wonderful location to capture timeless photos! Nadia and Aric also decided on the second part of their Kestrel Park engagement session – they picked Downtown Los Angeles! The couple plans on getting married in the exquisite JW Marriott Hotel in Las Vegas, later this year.

Nadia and Aric’s Kestrel Park, California engagement session was very romantic, to say the least. The spot was the perfect backdrop for this part of their love story! As destination wedding photographers, this fine art engagement session at Kestrel Park, California was a great opportunity for the couple to feel as comfortable as possible in front of our cameras before their wedding. Furthermore, it was perfect for curating a truly intimate session in which we were able to capture their love for each other and joy at their upcoming nuptials.

As a result of this wonderful Kestrel Park engagement session, Nadia and Aric now have many stunning professional photos, tailored to portray their personalities, to enjoy for years to come! The lush gardens and manor house barn offered the couple a secluded feel away from the crowds of their hometown, Las Vegas. We were all delighted by the beauty of the park as a setting! The stunning Badgley Mischka gown that Nadia wore, and Aric’s Dior outfit, added a modern touch to the rural simplicity of the location. As the session came to an end, it symbolized the start of the lifelong adventure waiting for them ahead!
